Vishal Grover is a Business Advisor with 18 years of experience working alongside Small and Mid-sized Enterprises. Vishal focuses on a 360-degree approach to understand the background of a client relationship. This strategy includes gaining a comprehensive understanding of an individual’s corporate structures, growth expectations, current accounting systems, existing wills, disputes or potential risks and family compositions.  Vishal then works together with clients to develop a tailored roadmap personalized for their respective objectives.

In matters involving the Canada Revenue Agency, Vishal has established a track record of reaching favourable outcomes for clients acting as a representative to businesses and individuals facing significant tax disputes and audits. Vishal and his team provide thorough representation support, determining a ‘roll up the sleeve’ approach once a proactive strategy has been agreed upon.  

Career Trajectory

Vishal started his career at KPMG, a global Big Four accounting firm, gaining exposure to complex engagements and a large portfolio of clients. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found an accounting practice in 2011, in which he envisioned bringing big firm infrastructure while keeping the direct client supportive experience like a boutique firm to the SME market.

Digital Transformation

Over the last decade, Vishal embraced digital transformation and technology-driven solutions for SME and clients. Through hands-on experiences, he developed a deep understanding of IT architecture, network environments, data management, cloud-solutions, and cybersecurity.  Today, Vishal works with a team of IT engineers to create solutions based on a ground level understanding of businesses’ operations including document management, remote access, communication and collaboration to implement a complete technology solution.
